"These were SO good! I made 4 large red onions for my family of 5, probably could have gotten by with 3 but even my kids who don't like onions ate 'em up. I do disagree with the difficulty level. It really should be rated easy. It's a bit time consuming if you do a super large batch like I did but well worth it!"

Reviewed Buffalo Drumsticks

"THESE WERE SO GOOD!!! I have never had a drumstick so tender and juicy. The only complaint was the skin didn't crisp up to my liking but next time I will drop them in some hot oil or hit the broiler for a few before removing from the oven. In spite of not being crispy we still ate the skin because of the fab flavor it had. "
