This cake was a hit! I used a one 9.75 inch pan (it was deep enough for the batter to be halfway instead of 2 because I couldn't find smaller ones at the store. Rose perfectly and no spills. I followed the recipe exactly including the coffee and it was really good. The only thing is that because I used one big pan, it took longer to bake. Maybe ar"
