“This was really good. In reading the recipe I noticed there was no liquid listed. That must be a typo. I have made sausage and peppers many times so be sure to add a full beer or a full glass of wine when you add the tomato paste. The balsamic was a great touch at the end and then you throw it under the broiler topped with some provolone cheese. P"”

“Made these for a party and they were amazing. The only change I made was I used 1lb of lamb, 1lb or pork and 1lb of turkey. I then double the other ingredients. These were delish!
Update: Made these for the 2nd time for another party and they were a huge hit again. Everyone says these are the best meatballs they have ever had....”
