Reviewed Flour Tortillas

"they came out VERY well. i didn't have lard so i used shortening and no problems. i also left it in the fridge for a few days because i didn't have time to make it just then. they were fine, soft, thin and very tasty. now i don't have to buy tortillas from the store anymore. Alton Brown is the GREATEST.
