Wonderful recipe and very easy!!! For those of you who had the issue of burning your garlic, I set my oven at 425 and put the pan in the middle of the oven vs. closer to the bottom. I also did cut back on the amount of garlic and salt per the other reviews out there and it was delicious. My sister is not normally a cauliflower eater and she loved "
