And even though it's tempting to leave them in the pan you cooked them in, don't. Put them in a serving bowl to stop the cooking process.

I agree, this has to be the last part of your meal you cook or they cool off too much. But if you make sure the bite sized pieces are small and you remove them to a serving bowl once done (even though they cool off more but stop cooking) they are fabulous.

So yummy! And just slightly less than a pound of sirloin only cost $7.50. I can't cook or grill whole steaks to save my life but I could do this. Opt for cutting the bite size pieces smaller rather than larger and shaving a little cooking time off. So glad I got my steak fix tonight!

Absolutely the most phenomenal cookie!!! Other reviews stated they had issues getting the middle of the cookie to cook completely so I made sure I flattened my cookie dough in the skillet, even slightly up the sides of the skillet -- just wanted to make sure the middle was level as well.
