Reviewed Steamed Mussels with Spicy Red Pepper Aioli

Superb. I made 10 lbs. of mussels for a party (ambitious and a little foolish)! They were awesome. We hosted a dinner for a couple form Northern France and I wanted something impressive. This was awesome for our first course, in fact it would have been a fine main course with a salad. The aioli was essential to the success. Thanks Anne."

Reviewed Spicy Thai Noodles with Ginger Peanut Dressing

Excellent. I followed the recipe except for the chicken skewers. I just sauteed the chicken in a couple of batches and tossed the oranges in to heat up. This is a 5 star recipe and with a little help could be a tad better. Tonight, I will add chopped, roasted peanuts and thinly sliced broccoli and red bell pepper. The kids love it, too."
