Reviewed Roasted Turkey with Fried Pecan-Bourbon Glaze

"I made this for Christmas and the smell and taste was great but my only complaint was the flavors didn't get into the meat of the bird. This was my first Christmas married and we had everyone over. Everyone loved it but I wanted to taste the flavor through out the turkey.
ok so i made this again this year but i injected the glaze into the bird after i cooked it and I also got a meat thermometer and cook a 20lb bird til it was at 170 and it was perfect!!!! It was so tender we couldn't cut it it just fell apart.
