"This was incredible. The crust was tasty and flaky, the filling was delicious! I did use spinach instead of mushrooms, because my best friend doesn't like them, and I was making it for her. I will use the mushrooms for sure next time though. To quote my best friend, "I've tried many different quiches, but this is hands down the best one I've ever ""
"Followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out tasty. However, the center did not cook all the way and the sides were a bit more brown than they should have been.. Next time I'm going to try less time at 500, more time at 200. Overall, not too shabby.""
