Debbie, do you have a bread machine? I throw my ingredients in to make pizza dough and it's perfect every time.

I would prefer to make a coffee cake, any ideas how long you'd bake this? I would guess 30-40 minutes?

Welcome Canada! You know what else you could do, is add orange extract. I always change up the extracts depending on what I'm baking :-)

When you follow a recipe EXACTLY as it is written, then you can comment. When you change ANYTHING, then it's no longer her recipe. It's great to hear "ideas" of how you enhanced the recipe or different ways to try it, but once you change it, then your rating means nothing.

Reviewed crash hot potatoes

I've made these twice, hoping that the recipe would get better. I LOVE Ree's recipes, this is the first one I don't. The potatoes don't have enough flavor, you taste the olive oil, salt & pepper. I think a baked potato is easier and tastes better.

This is amazing! The roasted broccoli really enhances the flavor of the soup! I added heavy cream (all I had) with 1/2 & 1/2 which turned out REALLY thick. So I used a lot of chicken stock to un-thicken, but this is really good. I served it with roasted garlic italian bread.

This is EXCEPTIONALLY easy to make and was surprised how good it tasted. How simple is lime, salt & pepper? I used fresno chili's (all I had) which is jalapeno completely ripened. Had some grape tomatoes left over, so cut those into 1/4th's. Used a mixture of red & yellow for color.

Okay, THIS is what you do to print. I've NEVER used their print buttons. You go to the left of the name of recipe and left click, then drag down to the bottom of the recipe. Ctrl C (copy); open up MS Word, New Document, Ctrl P. I clean up the recipe, take out stuff I don't find pertinent, and then save to my recipe folders.

Why rate it with 1 star? If it tasted good, you probably had each layer to wide. If a recipe is AWFUL, you give it a 1, Ree deserves better than this.

You know when you put of food in your mouth and you immediately moan. It's that good! I listened to what was talked about on the reviews, so I made mine like this:

I halved the recipe (2 eggs); 1/4 Bisquick; spices (eye-balled them).

I dried the green chili's THOROUGHLY, I didn't want a watery mess. I sprayed...

2 Minutes is too long! 1-1/2 minutes! I put marshmallow fluff on top, then took my gadget & scorched the marshmallow (make it look like smores). Several things I would change with this quick dessert.

Substitute milk with strong coffee (coffee enhances chocolate); before microwaving, I will drop a tablespoon or two of chocolate...

More wasted ingredients. I followed the recipe exactly. Why on earth would you put in a recipe 8 oz. of COOKED pasta? Regardless, the mixture curdled, the macaroni (although I deliberately under-cooked) became over-cooked and mushy. I'm NEVER going to mess with my classic dishes again :-(

Reviewed Grilled Meatloaf Sandwiches

Jan 7, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I made this but left out the veal (won't buy that); because no matter what recipe I try, my family hates meatloaf. I LOVED the glaze, the only thing I'm going to do differently next time there is NO crunch in the meatloaf. The flavor is there, it's moist and makes great sandwiches the next day.

Good Flavor -- Recipe isn't right. I followed this recipe exactly, and the cookies were over-baked. The whole batch when cooled, were as hard as a rock and I had to throw them out (I have a house full of boys.) That's saying a lot! Will rely on my other Monster Cookie Recipe...

Not only was this time consuming, following the recipe was a waste of time. I never could get the brownie cooked enough in that deep of a container. The marshmallows were WAY too big, the miniature one would have been better.

If I try to make this again, I will do the crust the same, use a brownie mix and then use miniature marshmallow....
