Absolutely wonderful! Made these over the weekend for a casual dinner party and wanted something a little special for dessert. Per some of the reviews, the only change I made was whisking in the butter while the chocolate was still warm. I don't think I folded in the whip cream thoroughly, but it turned out fine as it looked a little marbled (and...

Made this over the weekend for a casual dinner party and they were a huge hit! I doubled the recipe and just upped the spices a little per the reviews and my taste. I used Large Texas Gulf Shrimp and boiled them in lemon, salt, bay leaf and a good heaping of Old Bay Seasoning. Added 4 celery stalks, half a chopped red onion (didn't have a shallot...

EXCELLENT! I have just found my new go-to meatball recipe! I've been making traditional Italian meatballs forever (from Rao's cookbook!) and they're always a huge hit. I was reluctant to change things up, but after reading some reviews and seeing it in Ina's cookbook, I decided to give it a try -- so glad I did! I didn't really change too much...

My first time making a veggie burger and it was a hit! I read through some other reviews before attempting so used my food processor to pulse (just a few times) the corn, mushrooms, red pepper, and scallions. Also used a sweet potato and at least a cup of panko. I started out cooking them on my George Foreman grill, but didn't spray (or oil) it"

YUMMO! I am not a baker per se so I read a lot or reviews before trying these. I made sure my butter was room temperature and was patient with my Kitchen Aid because of all the warnings about the dough. The dough came together beautifully - not crumbly at all. I followed the written instructions exactly and cut my dough in half before refriger"

Made this tonight -- YUMMY and easy! I read through a lot of the other reviews and made the following changes. Doubled the recipe, used 6 cloves of garlic, 1 zucchini and 1 yellow squash, added an extra can of breans (tri color - pinto, kidney and black combo, used fire roasted tomatoes, and added some red pepper flakes toward the end of cooking"

THANK YOU INA! Just make this soup yesterday and it was delicious! I didn't have heavy cream so used 1/2 & 1/2 and it was just fine. Next time I make it, I won't puree the veggies as long so it's a little chunkier. The crunch shallots were great on top.
