I have made this several times - both for family and for guests. It is always a hit. I follow the recipe exactly. I served it to guests last night with a small green salad and roasted asparagus. All plates were clean at the end of the meal!"

Delicious! I tried to take a shortcut and make them larger. They were difficult to turn without tearing up. I'll not try this shortcut in the future. I also substituted Panko crumbs for stale bread crumbs. "

Excellent flavor. Easy to put together. On day 2, I added some kielbasa sausage. With and without the meat (and I think you could add any meat)- delicious!

The salad was very tasty. However, I could not taste the brussels sprout leaves - even when I picked them out and ate them alone. The arugula overpowered the tender taste of the brussels sprouts. The sprouts were too much trouble for the little to no flavor they rendered. I will make the salad again, but omit the sprout leaves.

Excellent flavor. I'm not a fan of pearl onions (texture thing, I think) so I'll probably leave them out, or at least decrease the amount next time. Wonderful presentation. Definitely company-friendly!
