"OMG!!!!! Sooooooo good!!! Giada once again amazing!!! The only thing i did different was i butterflied the pork chops, then seared them till brown,then i stuffed them and then put in oven for 12 minutes on 400! Perfect!!!! and the sauce i thickened made all the diifference!!!!! Also make sure your spinache is dried out out!!! ""
