"Great recipe. I served it with a salad and naan. Will be making it again."
Reviewed Pineapple Upside Down Cake
"I have made this several times - with fresh and canned pineapple - and it is always devoured by my family. Try it even if you don't have a cast iron skillet - I have used a large straight sided frying pan and it came out great. ""

Reviewed Rosemary Polenta
"This polenta is sublime. Even if you are a little scared of 1 teaspoon of rosemary -- do it anyway. Just be sure to chop te rosemary very fine. My husband, who has not like rosemary in the past, loves this recipe. You can also decrease the butter a bit and the half and half - just make up for the liquid with the chicken stock. I serve this with either a saute of vegetables or a tomatoe sauce with turkey sausage. It is wonderful. Thanks Ina.
