Reviewed Rosemary Polenta

"This polenta is sublime. Even if you are a little scared of 1 teaspoon of rosemary -- do it anyway. Just be sure to chop te rosemary very fine. My husband, who has not like rosemary in the past, loves this recipe. You can also decrease the butter a bit and the half and half - just make up for the liquid with the chicken stock. I serve this with either a saute of vegetables or a tomatoe sauce with turkey sausage. It is wonderful. Thanks Ina.
