"Delicious! I have an apple orchard and am always looking for new apple related recipes. I made it for a a dinner party and it was a hit! Everyone LOVED it! While it cooled, I was able to bake something for dinner. Perfect timing!! It was still warm when we had it for dessert. I used golden delicious apples."

"This is one of the best recipes that I have used from Food Network! The wonderful aroma lingered in the house for hours after dinner. This was one of the few times that I didn't have one drop of leftovers. Everyone couldn't get enough. I used boneless short ribs because I couldn't find bone in. I'm making it again tonight with bone-in.
