Reviewed Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies

The dough is amazing. Unfortunately I am not sure that the 375 temp is correct. I have an oven thermometer so know it was right on temp but the first batch was well overdone. Moved oven to 350 and next batch is better but still not right. Have switched to bigger scoop and am hoping this will work. Is 375 really the correct temp, Food Network?"
