Reviewed Minestrone Soup

AMAZING. I followed the recipe fairly closely except that I used a 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes rather than a 14 oz. one, simply because that was what I had and I didn't feel like splitting it in half. My soup looks much darker, thicker, and generally more tomato-ey than the soup in the picture, but I love anything with tomatoes, so I don't mind....
