Reviewed Lasagna Bolognese

Made this for Christmas dinner with the in-laws. The only thing I did was differently was cut all ingredients by about 1/3. I still had some sauce left over but I was able to fit everything else into one standard lasagna pan. Excellent flavor!!! My favorite lasagna that I've made by far."

Reviewed Coconut Cream Bread Pudding

This was absolutely excellent! I used (sightly stale) Challah bread, ommitted the mace, used extra nutmeg, and added unsweetened flaked coconut on the top - everyone loved it. I didn't have time to make the chocolate sauce but we all agreed that it didn't need it. This will definitely be a holiday regular!"

I absolutely loved this soup! My husband?...not so much. It was actully much better though the day after I made it and forward. The flavors were more developed and the texture was more cohesive and creamy. I will make it again for myself most definitely.""
