My Activity

Reviewed Raspberry-Chocolate Gelatin

"Kids helped make the raspberry layer and thought it was fun. Definitely save the cost and use frozen raspberries. I only got 6 cups(but I used one 12 oz bag of frozen berries. They turned out just like the picture which was very pretty. Kids like regular jello better. All the adults loved it. fun for a change from a heavy dessert. We topped"

Reviewed Whiskey-Cranberry Slushes

"Delicious! I mixed everything and froze it and we were able to mash it up and drink it as we wanted. DELICIOUS! new favorite. Totally agree that it is pretty awesome on the rocks without being frozen:)""

Reviewed Hearts of Palm, Black Bean, Red Onion and Corn Salad

"Yummy! I actuallly made it for Christmas dinner to go with ham, potatoes and other rich food. I liked the light start to the meal. I like to make one new recipe each year. I will definately make it again. I used red wine vinegar in place of the cane vinegar and skipped the chives and parsley(BC I didn'te think it was worth the money to buy them for 1 tsp each). Awesome. I put mixed greens on the plate, topped with veggies and drizzles the dressing. I think I'd have to double the dressing in the future. We had enough for 5 servings and still had half leftover. Very pretty on an individual plate.
