I have done this recipe quite a few times. Those in my family who loves fish, loves this recipe. I had a hard time finding the grapeseed oil, so I used extra light virgin olive oil first few times I did the recipe. I finally found and used the grapeseed oil and no one really cared for the flavor of this fish. So, I went back to the olive oil. "
