Reviewed Devon's Award-Winning Chili
"i made according to recipe, as i had seen it on TV, save that i used my own home-cooked white beans instead of kidney and used red and yellow instead of green peppers cos that is what i had on hand. i tasted it right after it was done... hot!! but when i served it 24 hours after, it had a low hum of heat and great spicy flavors. very happy with this chili, a great change from ground beef.
