Reviewed Green Bean Casserole

"The perfect classic green bean casserole. Love it. I used the Cambell's Healthy Request cream of mushroom and canned green beans with no salt added so I could control the salt content since I usually find green bean casseroles to be SO super salty. I only added a small pinch of sea salt before baking the casserole, the fried onions add just the right amount of salt to the dish. I did also add quite a bit of roasted garlic before baking the dish too :D

Reviewed Cornbread Dressing

"Wow. SO GOOD. Frying the sage seemed strange to me, but it was so delicious. I added quite a bit of garlic and very little salt...I also couldn't find the onions specified in the recipe, so I just used a Texas sweet onion and it was perfect. Very light and tasty. I also made the cornbread from scratch just before so I think that helped to keep this dish really nice and fluffy. We had a mini-Thanksgiving tonight with friends and everyone absolutely loved this dish!
