Amazing Recipe! Made for my family for brunch on Sunday. Only change, I added 2 T Organic Maple Syrup to the Mustard and brushed onto the fish! Served with Roasted Asparagus and French Toast Sticks. Lovely, Tasty and Healthy! I used my large cast iron skillet (12 inches) Added 3 cartons of costco egg whites. 3 - 4 cups of Arugula, no salt, 3/4 cup half and half and Trader Joes chopped smoked salmon (8 ounces). Love these brownies. Have made them a number of times. I bake for
25ish minutes and check. I double the icing sometimes, but works both ways. Personal preference. I use instant coffee when out of espresso
and enjoy both ways. Sophisticated and delicious!
