Reviewed Foolproof Turkey Breast
"Outstanding -- my husband said this was the BEST ever! This is the 5th year I've brined a turkey breast, and it is certainly well worth the extra time. I was out of Sage so I used Rosemary instead, and added 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce to the brine (based on another very highly rated recipe). I omitted the salt from the rub. I will certainly use this recipe from now on. Thanks Guy!
