I made this soup today- it was VERY easy to make! I suggest decreasing the number of onions, perhaps 1.5 onions is sufficient. I added a full cup of light cream, 1 TB butter and some salt. With the original recipe, it tasted too much like marinara sauce, so I had to "soften" it up a bit. Now, it tastes great!
