Reviewed Spanikopita Chicken Meatballs with Spicy Cucumber and Yogurt Sauce

I make this about once a month (whenever ground chicken goes on sale). I use only 1 box of spinach and it is plenty. My husband and I both love it. I serve it over rice, couscous, or pasta - whatever I have on hand. The sauce really makes it. So easy and fast to make! Would also be a good party food - serve with toothpicks.
