"I have made this pesto a ton. I too, think it's a tad salty and too much garlic. I cut the garlic in half. Also, to get some extra greens in, a lot of times I use half basil and half arugala or spinach. You can hardly tell the difference. Also, the amount of oil is personal preference. Some people love a runny pesto, some like it thick. I f""
