Reviewed Apple Crumble with Cardamom-Vanilla Caramel Sauce

"Made this tonight and it turned out really well. I didn't add any sugar to the apple filling, I think the crumble top and caramel sauce made it plenty sweet. The tart of the apples and lemon zest and juice was a nice compliment to the other sweet flavors. I used ground cardamom...probably about 1/4 of a tsp- it is really easy to overdue it with that stuff. If you are funking about making this, do it! Easy and delicious.
