Reasonably good. This was definitely an intermediate recipe, mainly because the puff pastry dough gets warmed up pretty quickly so you have to either work fast or work on them two at a time (I wasn't fast enough) and have the rest of the squares in the fridge or freezer. I cut the apples a bit smaller since they were hard to tuck into the corners...
