Reviewed Lemon-Garlic Shrimp and Grits

This is a very easy and very tasty dish. The only variation to the recipe I made was to change one cup of water to 3/4C milk (1% on hand) + 1/4C heavy cream. This gave the grits a very nice creamy texture. My husband gave it two thumbs up and 5 stars!"
