"Wonderful soup! It was easy to make and tasted wonderful. I didn't have any half and half so I used heavy cream. I was surprised at the lack of seasoning in the recipe. I added some basil, oregano, and thyme. Sage would go well in it as well. I could eat just the broth, it was that good."
