Reviewed Horchata Rice Pudding

"I saw this show yesterday and jumped in the car to go find the ingredients. It was better than I thought it would be and I thought it would be heaven. Where has this show been? I didn't even know Brian had a show until a couple of weeks ago. On DirecTV (in Arizona) it is on Sunday at FOUR in the morning. If it has always occupied that time sl""

Reviewed Chicken Tagine

"OMG! This deserves TEN STARS! I made it exactly as written and it is a keeper! I made my own lemon confit and am not sorry for that. The only store that I could find preserved lemons --- bottle of TWO lemons --- wanted $7.49 for the jar. I thought I should just wait on making this recipe until my lemons were ready. It was worth the wait and ""

Reviewed Pumpkin Rice Pudding

"OOPS! Sorry!! On my previous post I said 2% fat. I didn't have the whipping cream so my conversion program put just the pudding at 2% fat and not 6% (with the addition of the cream). It was GREAT without the topping because --- like I stated in my previous post --- I LOVE PUMPKIN and all the pumpkin pie type spices. Why put anything on top of""

Reviewed Pumpkin Rice Pudding

"This was FANTASTIC! I love anything with pumpkin so this really hit the spot. Next time I will add just a touch more of the spices but that is just my personal taste.

For Mattarpaneer: This is a desert and for 240 calories with TWO % fat, you can't get much lower in calories than this. Rice is high in calories naturally but to have a pudding ""

Reviewed Chocolate Margarita

"OMG! This slapped me silly!!! I'm not even a chocolate lover. Make sure you use a good quality aged tequila. I made the first pitcher with plain Jose Cuervo. It was good but then I pulled out the good stuff (Patron Silver. There was no burn from the alcohol and it just made me want to jump in and swim in this concoction!"

Reviewed Black Bean Brownies

"These brownies were VERY GOOD. The person who had a failure with this recipe had to have done something horribly wrong. Usually I could take or leave brownies. Not these. As for the nutritional info on these, I would doubt that the calorie count would to significantly less, but the other stats would have to improve immensely over those horrible boxed brownies. Way to go AGAIN, Melissa! Thanks!"
