"I have never fixed a pot roast this way, nevertheless, a beef sandwich. But after watching Jeff's premier show and seeing this prepared, I HAD to try it. Excellent, simply excellent. I could not find a chuck eye roast, so instead I used a chuck roast. That was the only change that happened. So tasty!!!!""
