Reviewed Blackened Salmon with Blue Cheese Sauce

"Delicious. I used herbs de provence instead of italian seasoning, chili powder instead of cayene, olive oil instead of grapeseed, and I cut way back on the salt. This will be my new go-to recipe for salmon."
