Reviewed Mussels with Chorizo

"I found the recipe great! I never cooked mussels before and Sunny's instructions made me feel I could do it. I dont' eat pork and had to substitute one or two ingrediants. So I'm sure it would have come out better, but it was my first time and I was pleased. Boy was she right about the amount of work to clean those suckers! It is easier to eat out! But now I have the option. Thanks Sunny

Reviewed Crispy-Skinned Chicken a l'Orange

"I felt this recipe was tasty and the whole meal filling. It was aired yesterday & I found I had to try it. My meal wasn't under $10 but close about $14. My local meat market and produce store were closed. I like spicy foods, so next time I would add a bit more spice. Someone's review stated dry chicken and monotone taste..I think if your oven heat was too high and didn't get a good sear on the chicken, I could see it drying out.As with any recipe, tweak the flavors to make your own. I did add some other seasoning beside salt and pepper to the chicken, so that may have also increased the flavor. However, I do agree that another side dish with more/different flavor was needed.
