Reviewed Massaged Kale Salad

"I love this salad...and now I love kale! I did not believe I would ever be saying those words. I personally did not need quite the amount of extra-virgin olive oil Aarti used, but that is just a personal taste. Everything else I kept the same as she recommended. I have made the salad several times and so far have substituted dried cranberries for the mango, and roasted pecans for the pepitas...but I believe any fresh or dried fruit would work as well as any roasted nuts or toasted seeds. Thank you, Aarti, for another wonderful recipe. I am looking forward to your second season which premieres next month. Alice in Payson AZ

I have enjoyed cooking for myself and others for many, many years. If I had had Foodnetwork early in life, I believe I would have made cooking my profession...but I have been so happy that it came along when it did. It really opened up my desire to make new and tasty meals using spices new to me.
