"Warning: the frosting recipe needs to be cut in half! It appears they didn't cut the recipe down for the frosting. That being said, it was delicious and smooth. More lavender would be better. I used lemon emulsion, which is closer to real lemon than lemon extract. Also noteworthy: use unsalted butter.
