Reviewed Garlic Chicken in Casserole with Israeli Couscous

"Wow! I made this last night, and my husband and I both loved it. Super flavorful and delicious. I added some rosemary to the garlic paste based on reviews that said the dish lacked flavor, and I think it worked very well. I also scraped off the excess garlic paste before browning the chicken since it started to burn on the first piece I put in the pan (burned garlic tastes terrible!), but then added the paste to the pan with the onions and celery. I served it with a cilantro raita and some naan bread, and YUM! I will definitely be making this again and trying some other variations.
