"I found the cheese today at Ralphs. It's "winey goat cheese" and it's kind of hard like parm. regular goat cheese is soft and crumbly. I haven't tried it yet but will post back when I do! The sandwich looks and sounds amazing! My cheese says C&W. Maybe you can order it online?

The cheese is Red Wine Goat cheese and I actually found it at Ralphs today. It is hard kind of like parm. where regular goat cheese is soft and crumbly. I'll post back when I try it. Looks and sounds sooo good!! Search online for "winey goat cheese" the one I got says C&W. I think it will be worth finding this neat cheese.
