I was nervous bout making creeps but they turned out to be easy. They tend to fall apart easily of you pour the batter with foam in it. I'd suggest letting the batter settle a bit after a spin in the blender so that the bubbles die down then the creeps are easy to flip and don't rip. oh, and of course it tasted AWESOME!!! Loved this one. However, my salmon was a little under cooked. I would suggest setting the broiler for 450 since I set mine at 475 and let her go for 7 minutes. One minute in the stove took it home without burning the top. Tasty and nice crust!""
