They came out good and really cute, but the recipe was confusing. Did you use a mini muffin tin, or regular? Mine made 32, not 24. Did you mix the batter and coolwhip by hand? Second of all, I wasn't sure how to mix the coolwhip and the cake mix together. I wanted to use an electric mixer, but I was worried it would do something bad to the cool whip, so I just mixed it by hand, but it was pretty difficult to do.

These looked adorable and they tasted very good. I made them for a baby shower and they got rave reviews. They werent tangy and sour like they would be if you used lemon pie filling, but they were good. I have a couple issues with the recipe though, I was very confused. This is going to take me a few posts because I can only use 1000 characters....
