My Activity

Reviewed Authentic Italian Meatballs

"These are amazing! Made them almost exactly as directed, except I baked them in the oven instead of dropping them in the sauce. Came out wonderfully! When I make my own sauce I will drop them instead, I bet they are divine that way."

Reviewed Brined Herb-Crusted Turkey with Apple Cider Gravy

"This was the best turkey I have ever had. So much flavor and very moist through out, comes out really brown and delicious looking.Yumtastic.""

Reviewed Cola-Baked Ham With Cherry-Orange Glaze

"Really delicious, second year making it.""

Reviewed Tony's Chocolate Pecan Pie

"This was so good. I hate when people make a million changes to a recipe and then review it, so I did not do that. Only change that was made was no bourbon (I meant to get some but forgot), and I must say it was still out of this world. The consistency was perfect, I don't like runny pecan pie. This was firm and chewy and yumtastic.""

Reviewed Pat's Spicy Peach Hot Wings

"These wings are divine. I just made them tonight and had to post my review, they are that good. My 16 year old brother asked me where I bought them from, I had to convince him I made them! I used regular old vegetable oil, and if you like more of a sweet flavor add a 1/2 cup more of the peach preserves. That is the only change I will make next time. The Neely's have done it again!"

Reviewed Pork Chops with Beer and Bacon Gravy

"I just made this recipe, followed it exactly to a "T" and the gravy was disgusting. It was very bitter because of the beer, so my advice is to try to find a german beer that cooks well. I will make it again, but with a different beer.
