This was really good--I threw in a can of saurkraut at the end and it was delicious!

Reviewed Fried German Potato Salad

This was easy and good. I didn't drain the bacon fat but used that to fry the potatoes in. Also, I was out of dijon mustard and used horshradish mustard instead. Delicious!

Reviewed A Salt & Battery

I was underwhelmed. The fish/chicken weren't seasoned at all--just batter fried. EVERYTHING needed salt. Nowhere to sit inside, really. Just a few stools. "

This was good but the timing was off for me. I pulled it out and it was still pink inside. Once it did cook up it was great. Loved the gravy. Searved with twice baked sweet potatoes and roasted asparagus. I would make it again."

Really good and easy! I used 4 cups of stock--it was pretty chunky. I also used brown rice and jarred peppers instead of fresh--seemed to work quite well and I didn't have to chop! I didn't have a shallot, but a regular onion worked well--also used lemon juice because I forgot to buy a lime. I tossed in frozen chicken breasts and let them cook"

Reviewed Tomato Soup with Roasted Peppers, Garlic and Onions With Gruyere Grilled Cheese Croutons

Sep 18, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Really good--I couldn't find fire roasted tomatoes so I just used regular diced tomatoes. Used a 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes instead of sauce and used italian seasoning insteand of herbs de provence. Very tasty!"
