"This was good but the timing was off for me. I pulled it out and it was still pink inside. Once it did cook up it was great. Loved the gravy. Searved with twice baked sweet potatoes and roasted asparagus. I would make it again."

"Really good and easy! I used 4 cups of stock--it was pretty chunky. I also used brown rice and jarred peppers instead of fresh--seemed to work quite well and I didn't have to chop! I didn't have a shallot, but a regular onion worked well--also used lemon juice because I forgot to buy a lime. I tossed in frozen chicken breasts and let them cook"
