Reviewed Balsamic Chicken Cutlet over Spinach Salad with Mushrooms, Bacon and Warm Shallot Dressing

"I took this salad as a basis and created my own. I swapped the balsamic chicken cutlet for nuggets since I was running late frm work and was starving- i ate 2/10 nuggets and the rest I saved for the salad. Since nuggets have a lot of calories I didn't use bacon. I like my salads to have a kick so I mixed in with the spinach some rosemary, cilantro, a quarter of a jalapeno, a little bit of red onion and the mushroom. Since the salad items had a lot of flavor I wanted to keep the dressing simple so I did a balsamic vinegarette with a little bt of apple vinegar. The mix came out amazing!!!! Thanks to this amazing recipe I was able to adapt it to make it my own. i gave it four stars because it took longer than 30 minutes but it was worth it. Each bite was a delightful surprise of flavors!"
