This was very delicious!!! I modifyed it alittle bit so it would make enough for just me. I did 1/3 cup of lowfat yogurt, 1/3 cup rolled oats, and 1 tbsp. honey and then mixed it all together. It doesn't really need to sit overnight if you'd like you can actually eat it right away. The first time i did it with 1/2 cups berries and 2 tbsp nuts....

These bars are pretty good. I used canola oil instead of butter because i don't like butter. I used less than 1/3cup of canola oil, 1/2 cup is DEF WAY TOOO MUCH!!!
