Reviewed Pasta Primavera

"I thought this recipe was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised how it turned out. I did add a few ingredients though. I added red pepper flakes and garlic to the veggie mixture and instead of table salt I used lawrys seasoning salt.

When the veggies were about half way done...I cut up some chicken breasts cooked with spices and white wine in a saute' pan, before it was completely cooked I added some fresh sliced mushrooms.

When the dish was done I had bow ties on bottom, roasted veggies, then the chicken on top sprinkled with the parm. It tasted excellent with a hint of spicy in the veggies, but the tomatoes and chicken balanced it out.

Ill definitely do this again, except next time I want to add scallops with crumbled bacon instead of chicken :)"
