Excellent. Quick and easy. I typically take a recipe and adjust it to my taste. My alterations included..

1. Chop the tomatoe and scatter over the fish
2. Touch of white wine in the pan and over the fish (do before adding the herbs and S&P
3. Add a few chopped kalamata olives over the top. Not too many so...
