Reviewed French Onion Soup

This soup is excellent. I use about 6-7 onions as I felt there were not enough the first time I made it. I also add a bit more garlic, thyme and an extra bay leaf. The 70 minutes that this recipe calls for is never enough. I end up cooking this for about 5 hours, but that helps the flavors meld (tastes like the next day without the wait). Us...
