“I, an Indian in India, would prefer to make this over my authentic Indian recipe, which requires like a gazillion ingredients and takes a couple of days to prep and cook, any day.
I didn't finish it in 50 minutes though. Blanched and ground the almonds; but that could hardly have added about 12 extra mins to the time.
