I wasted butter, peanut butter, and confectioners sugar on something that I ended up having to throw away. After microwaving according to directions, I put the confectioners sugar into the hot peanut butter and butter, it immediately became so hard I couldn't really stir what was nothing but dry chunks.

These cupcakes are excellent and do not take much time to make and bake. I used all ingredients as listed - except, I didn't have enough applesause so I had to use some baby food pears, made no difference. My daughter doesn't like nuts so I used raisins instead. It is great to find a recipe like this for kids especially.""

This is easy and excellent - I cooked for 5 minutes and quickly mixed and put in the pan; I think this recipe would be good with natural peanut butter in place of marshmallows and nuts; I used walnuts with the marshmallows and it is excellent. The first time I made fudge and had it set up correctly!
