This recipe was DELICIOUS! I brought it over for Easter at the family's house and it did not disappoint! Several people asked for the recipe. The only thing I would do differently is add a little more cream to make the ganache a little less thick next time. Otherwise, the recipe is perfect as written! Thanks for another good one, Ina!

Made this soup as is before and it was really good. I wanted to make a Mexican version of soup and sandwiches last night though and took the base recipe of this soup and instead of using turmeric I used two teaspoons of chili powder and two cans of diced chilis. It was DELICIOUS. I also used a chedar cheese/jack cheese blend because that is what I...

This was a really yummy weeknight family recipe. Even my 16 month old LOVED the polenta topping. I gave it four instead of five stars because it would have been bland if a few additions weren't made. I doubled the garlic powder. Added a teaspoon of chili powder and added a little extra adobo sauce. I omitted the chili pepper to keep it from being...

Best chocolate pudding ever? Made this for a friend's family which includes two picky little boys. Didn't tell anyone it had avocados in it until it had been devoured. The boys simply asked for more, dad, who dislikes avocados proclaimed it to be the best chocolate pudding he had ever eaten. It's so thick and rich. Make sure you chill it a couple...

This recipe is AMAZING! The only changes I made was adding two cloves of garlic to the shallot, and I added 3 tablespoons of flour after the shallots and garlic were done cooking for a few minutes to ensure a thick alfredo sauce. My husband and I both prefer it that way. I also added all the cheese to the cream at the end to melt it all in and then...

Reviewed Mocha Chocolate Icebox Cake

Oct 21, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

I LOVE this cake... I currently can't have caffeine or alcohol so I used a quarter cup of decaf coffee to keep the liquid ratio the same and omitted the liquor. It was just enough coffee to really bring out the chocolate flavor. Doing it this way made it more of a chocolate icebox cake instead of a mocha one. It was one of the easiest and most tasty...

Oct 21, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

These were the best pancakes I have ever had! I would use a little less lemon zest next time, but even with that they were amazing! They were really fluffy and thick, which I like. I guess if you wanted a thinner pancake you could just add a little extra milk.

I made this with a sweet meat squash, followed recipe exactly and had just the right amount of filling. I think my pie tasted and felt very similar to a chess or custard pie, but it was very good.

This recipe was awesome! So much flavor, and relatively easy to make! I did cut the recipe in half, because it was just for my husband and I. I grilled two chicken breasts with a little salt and pepper on a grill pan and then shredded the meat. It turned out perfectly! I will definitely be making this again. I would probably even make it for compa"

I made this for my husband and I last night and loved it! I took others advice and added extra pumpkin. I added a heaping 1/2 cup. I also doubled the Parmesan cheese. I didn't have freshly grated nutmeg on hand so I just used regular nutmeg, and added a generous pinch of it. The only other advice I would have is to make sure you salt and pepper we"

I LOVE this cake... and this says a lot because I tried some new bakeware that completely obliterated the cake into a million pieces when taking it out of the pan... and even thought it was a big mountain of cake pieces with all of the filling and then iced on top, it was STILL AMAZING!! I will definitely be making this cake again with normal cake"
